Mama Bhanji Terms & Conditions

1 General Terms

Mama bhanji is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform, operated primarily for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between mama bhanji and the user.

2 Account Registration

To open an account with mama bhanji, you must meet the following requirements:

• Each person may register only one account.

• Creating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is strictly prohibited.

Mama Bhanji may request a national ID, passport, or other identity documents at any time for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Withdrawals may be held until verification is successfully completed.

3 Deposits & Payments

Deposits at Mama Bhanji can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.

• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be voided.
• No additional charges are applied to deposits.
• Mama bhanji is not responsible for deposits made to an incorrect account.

4 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions must be met to withdraw winnings from Mama Bhanji:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same mobile banking account used for the deposit.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours.
• Withdrawals will be on hold until KYC verification is complete.
• To withdraw from a bonus, the specified wagering requirements must be met.

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.

• Bonuses generally expire within 30 days of being claimed.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to Sports Betting, live betting, and all other gaming activities on mama bhanji:

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where a cash-out option is available).
• If an event is cancelled before it starts, the stake will be refunded.
• If an error in the odds is identified, mama bhanji reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Accounts found to be involved in match fixing or displaying unusual betting patterns will be subject to investigation.
• Any abnormal winnings resulting from a system error will be voided.
• Maximum bet amounts may vary depending on the game or event.

Mama Bhanji is not liable for disconnections or technical issues during live betting. However, if the issue originates from our servers, the bet will be voided and the amount refunded.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mama bhanji platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using bots, automation software, or any scripts.
• Money laundering or any transaction involving illegal funds.
• Exploiting any system vulnerability or bug for unfair advantage.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Operating an account using a false identity or fraudulent information.
• Fraudulent bonus claims — such as claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Mama bhanji may close or suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• If false information or identity fraud is detected.
• Failure to pass KYC verification.
• Extended account inactivity (typically 12 months).
• If the user wishes to close their own account.

To close your account, email support@mamabhanji.net. Any valid balance will be withdrawn before the account is closed.

9 Limitation of Liability

Mama bhanji is not liable for the following:

• Betting losses caused by internet disconnection.
• Any loss caused by issues with the user's device or software.
• Delays caused by third-party payment provider failures.
• Force majeure — service interruption due to natural disasters, war, or government orders.

Mama bhanji's maximum liability in any dispute is limited to the total amount deposited in the last 30 days.

10 Responsible Gaming

Mama Bhanji believes gaming and betting are for entertainment, not addiction. That's why we take responsible gaming very seriously.

• Users can set their own deposit limits, betting limits, and session time limits.
• You may place a temporary or permanent Self-Exclusion on your account at any time.

11 Dispute Resolution
